RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Order quality & damage
- Please check whether the items are damaged before using them.
- Rosa Belle will accept the exchange of any damaged product sent and will bear all handling of tax/VAT, shipping costs, and customs charges regardless of the location where the order was sent originally.
- Rosa Belle does not accept returned items that are sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
- Please do not throw away the products or packages before the issue is resolved.
- In case of quality problems regarding the product, please contact us through live chat and fill up a complaint request.
- Rosa Belle accepts to exchange product with another if the request is placed within 15 days from the date of invoice and if all other terms and conditions are met.
- Rosa Belle will bear all handling, tax/VAT, shipping costs, and custom charges regardless of the location if/when Rosa Belle has agreed to the exchange.
- Rosa Belle preserves the right to retrieve the products from the customer by a third-party courier company which you will be notified of by customer support.

- Upon physically receiving the returned products for exchange, the customer support team will notify you regarding the exchange procedures and handling charges.

- Ripped, damaged products, incomplete, shriveled, etc. will not be applicable for the exchange should you provide evidence otherwise.
- Should you request an exchange of products during the processing of your online order that has not yet been shipped, Rosa Belle will proceed with the exchange immediately. Our customer support team will notify you accordingly after receiving your online exchange request.
- Rosa Belle will not be responsible if returned products are damaged or in altered conditions after you have provided all the evidence that it was sent in their original condition.
- Rosa Belle preserves the right to reject any product exchange in the case of promotions. Applicable to the purchase of products that include additional products.
- Rosa Belle will not be responsible for the courier company that the customer chooses to use for the return of the order.
- Each order has only one after-sale privilege.
REFUND POLICY

- Rosa Belle accepts to return products and refunds if the request is placed within 7 days from the date of delivery and if all other terms & conditions are met.
- Rosa Belle accepts to refund the full amount paid by the customer and bears all handling, tax/VAT, custom charges, and shipping costs regardless of the location should the customer request a full refund. Our customer support team will notify you regarding the refund procedures.

Return and Exchange Tips
- Rosa Belle always recommends checking the package’s appearance, including the brand markings and any unique details, serial numbers, and QR codes.
- Rosa Belle recommends that customers request their courier company to provide proof of delivery once the courier has safely delivered the products to them.
- Please do not seal the product when returning it and carefully hand it over to the shipping service company of your choice and let them handle the packing.
- If Rosa Belle quality control found out that returned products appear not to be genuine, we will refuse the exchange and suspend the customer from the system and escalate it through the legal channels for further actions.
